I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years, staying through three changes of ownership because of the excellent technicians here Lynn and Emma are wonderful. Unfortunately, under the current ownership, the quality of customer service has declined sharply, and it no longer matches the beautiful renovation the salon underwent a few years ago. A nail salon should be an experience, and it once was here. That's no longer the case. On my last visit, I walked in for a pedicure. I've seen walk in's in for years no issues and it's welcomed, but the owner still asked if I had an appointment. A gentleman then walked me to a seat and placed a towel on the footrest but never started the service. He paced back and forth, went to the back, came out, then walked to the front of the salon all without saying a word to me. Meanwhile, another tech finished up with a different client and came over, but he then took the pedicure supplies meant for me and used them on someone else. It was obvious he simply didn't want to attend to me. After waiting and being ignored like that, I walked out! This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a customer who has stayed loyal through multiple ownership changes. I'll continue to recommend Lynn and Emma individually, but I won't be spending my money at this salon again.
